Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "Brand Ambassador") and LAGNAF™ Network LLC ("LAGNAF," "Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of our website, products, services, and programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, making a purchase, or participating in any LAGNAF™ program, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our website and services.

2. Nature of Services

LAGNAF™ Network LLC is a digital infrastructure and systems provider. We provide:

• Premium domain asset acquisition and transfer services
• Executive access programs and structured business frameworks
• Brand Ambassador Program infrastructure and training
• Digital brand extension bundles

We explicitly do not operate, manage, or control the businesses of any clients, operators, or Brand Ambassadors within our network. Business operations remain entirely the responsibility of the operator.

3. Eligibility and Access

All access to LAGNAF™ Network products and programs is subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts in their jurisdiction.

4. Purchases and Transactions

All transactions are governed by the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Domain acquisitions are processed via Afternic escrow and are subject to Afternic's transaction terms. All sales are final as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Brand Ambassador Program Conditions

Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is subject to the following conditions:

• Brand Ambassadors must complete all required LAGNAF™ University training before engaging in referral activity.
• The referral must be submitted within the 90-day onboarding window. Once submitted and coded, the referral remains permanently attached to that Brand Ambassador regardless of when the transaction closes.
• Commissions are paid only on verified, received payments made within contractual schedules.
• Brand Ambassadors must not misrepresent LAGNAF™ products, services, or compensation structures.
• LAGNAF™ Network LLC reserves the right to terminate Brand Ambassador status for any violation of these conditions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users and Brand Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from:

• Misrepresenting LAGNAF™ Network LLC products, services, or earning potential
• Using LAGNAF™ trademarks or branding without express written authorization
• Circumventing the referral registration process to claim commissions
• Engaging in fraudulent applications, transactions, or referrals
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from LAGNAF™ proprietary materials

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, trade names, and intellectual property on this website are the exclusive property of LAGNAF™ Network LLC. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LAGNAF™ Network LLC and its members, managers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, governed by Wyoming law.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and LAGNAF™ Network LLC and supersede all prior agreements regarding the subject matter herein.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
