Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through LAGNAF™ Network LLC. Please review this policy carefully before completing any transaction.

1. General Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our digital assets and infrastructure products, all sales are considered final upon completion of payment and transfer. LAGNAF™ Network LLC does not offer refunds on domain acquisitions, access programs, or digital product bundles once the transfer or access has been delivered.

2. Domain Acquisitions

All domain asset acquisitions processed through Afternic escrow are final upon transfer completion. Once a domain has been transferred to the buyer's registrar account, no refund or reversal is available.

• Escrow transactions are governed by Afternic's terms and escrow agreement.
• Buyers are encouraged to complete full due diligence prior to initiating escrow.
• Domain transfers that fail due to registrar issues may be reattempted; no refund is issued during this process.

3. Access Programs (Network Access, IPP, CPC)

Access programs including Network Access, Individual Producer Program, and Companion Platform Control are non-refundable once access credentials or onboarding materials have been delivered.

• If access has not yet been delivered, a cancellation request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
• Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours or after access delivery will not be honored.

4. Operator Program Bundles

Bundle acquisitions are non-refundable once the asset transfer process has commenced. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all bundle contents prior to purchase.

5. Lease-to-Own Arrangements

Payments made under lease-to-own agreements are non-refundable. Failure to maintain the contractual payment schedule may result in forfeiture of all rights and payments made to date, as outlined in the applicable lease agreement.

6. Brand Ambassador Program

Brand Ambassador program fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Commissions earned and disbursed cannot be reclaimed. Commission disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the relevant payment date.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of LAGNAF™ Network LLC only in cases of:

• Verified duplicate charges due to technical error
• Non-delivery of product where delivery was confirmed as failed by LAGNAF™ Network LLC

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to LAGNAF™ Network LLC within 7 days of the transaction date.
